Q: What times do you collect and deliver?
A: We will pick up between 8.30-11am and return as soon as possible but by 6.30pm at the latest, unless exceptional circumstances prevail.

Q: Do you provide a collection and delivery service?
A: A collection and delivery service is available on request and is subject to availability from either your home or work address.

Collections are free unless the vehicle is immobile or unroadworthy, in which case a low loader would have to be charged for.  Please call for rates.

Q: Will you reset my service light/indicator?
A: Yes, we can reset all service indicators, providing there are no complications (e.g. faulty dash pods etc).

Q: Will you stamp my service book?
A: Yes, we will stamp all service books, but we respect the privacy of your glove box, so will ask that books are left on the passenger seat.

Q: Do you use original parts?
A: We use original quality parts in all cases.

Q: Will using you affect my manufacturers warranty?
A: Your manufacturers warranty remains completely protected when servicing your car with us

Q: How do I pay?
A: We accept payment by Cash, Debit or Credit Card.

Q: When do I get a receipt?
A: You will receive a receipt on collection or delivery of your vehicle.

Q: Do I get a guarantee?
A: All parts and labour are guaranteed for 12 months or 12000 miles whichever comes first.

Q: Is my car insured?
A: Any vehicle we collect is covered by fully comprehensive insurance, during travelling and during its stay in our garages.
